It’s way past midnight on another Groundhog night. Bobcat’s curled up on cloud nine, purring contently next to me. Sleepily scrolling through my Facebook feed it catches my curtain-call eyes: PANAMA for South Africans.
Isn’t it astounding that with each mouse click, each like, each search thousands of algorithms coded to analyse my online data where busy figuring me out? This time it predicted my behaviour so accurately that a few days later, I’d booked a ticket to Panama City!
Would you call it pure math, synchronicity, destiny or perhaps Devine intervention? A subtle blend of them all? Pure coincidence or blind luck?
